Listen, what will you think when you heard "Victoria Secret's Fashion Show??" 

Brassiere?? Angels? Wings?Fantasy Bra?Supermodel? Am totally agree but yes, every time i heard upcoming Victoria secret's fashion show. My first question is What's next? What concept/idea they brought up?Which I am sure that most of you guys know that they always being deliver, like you know become better and better in every shows. 

I really love their detail oriented and persistent teams which are really spent their whole year just looking forward to  create a the whole great show, mention from dancers,performers,audiences,cameras to swarovski and so on. Awesome!

And don't forget the $ 2.5 million fantasy bra this year (2011) designed by London Jewelers (just wondering who's going to  buy this bra?) and anyway it really look stunning on  Miranda Kerr and she's my favorite model anyway :). and more new faces here..invited performances from Kanye West, Jay Z, Maroon 5 brought up their hits this year and 'em Nicki Minaj ....

The five foodgasme catalog? You will found it weird and not an appropriate English but'em let me tell you that I know that word from my friends that enjoyed much dishes at  LOEWY Bar & Restaurant for our sudden lunchy time and what a nice escape. I got my girls gathered ♥ even not all of them.

LOEWY Bar & Restaurant is a casual bistrote which have a nice ambiance and favorable indeed, sort of a traditional culinary adventure and yet classy touch of the furniture to let you guys have a remarkable moments. While step in my foots to there yet a man approached us with a warmly smile asking for reservation   

(my friend made a reservation to avoid any possibility of rejection if we come :p) despite not much people during lunch time when we came or else ya may listed on 40th-somethin' on weekends/ dinner.  MARVELOUS!

Eventually, I started to observe the sophisticated environment/ concept of this restaurant where located at Oakwood Condominions (Lingkar Mega Kuningan). On my left hand side I can see bar section with authentic attribute yet i captured the other view that i like. Not to rush, LOEWY's menu displayed in front of us!! DAARAAAAA!!! (sorry not to capture the menu however i captured some dishes)

They do offer much International European Morrocan À la carte, Set menu without missed the dessert with the touch of Chef Benoit Claeys 

You mention Appetizer? Soups? Salad? Steaks? Pastas? or even Escargot? you can have the selection here the only thing you have to do is CHOOSE!! :p

As we reviewed the list of dishes available,we decided to skip appetizer it just not because of the uninteresting menu but we want the much much more to dessert...Girls love desserts? aren't they? :)

While chit-chat-ing, a neat uniform man approached our table asked whether we are ready to order? seriously chitchatting with a besties is a quality time that made us forget to called the waiter :p. And of course we are ready!! yeay!...1... 2.....3.....4.....5.... okay settled! Then the attentive guy repeated our order. Excellent one! 

Tick tock-ing not for a long time, (10 minutes) Beverages served.....

Most of the tea opted will appear like this and garnish with one wooden skewer and sliced fruits (according to what you ordered anyway)

Guys most of the Organic Tea will cost 20k  

and for the wine addiction you will have selections of vin rounge (red wine), vin blanc (white wine), Champagne (Sparkling wine) by France, Italia, Chile, Australia,New Zealand, Argentina, California and another premium wine to reserve. Bottle/Glass    

And here we go, our food served,

Aglio Olio Chicken Spaghetti cost 60k, Aglio means Garlic and Olio means Oil ,it has a nice flavorsome saltiness , spiciness from the chilly flakes, al dente spaghetti to the perfection and you'll found it without any sauce aside and garnished of shredded Parmiggiano-Reggiano on top..YUM!

While you heard Duck confit, you'll meet CHICKEN CONFIT @ LOEWY it will cost you  80k.What a life?  but it's true a combination of seasoning that well combined in a slowly cooking process (that is what confit means). Along with the smoked beef and veggie.. truly compliment your hunger!  

You might wondering what is this actually? let me tell you this is FRESH CRAB RAVIOLI cost 75k ,i heard it sort of recommended pasta it served with three LARGE ROUND ravioli and in my memory what remarkable the most is the light crab coulis sauce which allow you to sense the craby flavour and creamy texture..TRY! ooo yet i have touched of black pepper crushed so i still have the a bit heat flavour.

Guys you can say Fish and Chips is the common dishes serves in most of the restaurant (im not sure but around 60k?) it serves with Tartare sauce which really goes well with the seafood items, here? you can taste the acidity,sourness,and a bit sweet to overcome.YET, the french fries is well crisp and superb with additional chilli sauce we asked :p 

And after we enjoyed such a delicious meal time, we had our table cleared and ready for the last mouth adventurer , which is DESSERTS... and yet we have been offered tea/ coffee (hot or cold) complimentary along the dishes. one dish one beverages! 

Here we are,

Sweety comes from LARGE APPLE TART cost 60k, they served it with the separated caramel sauce yet rich of sweetness flavor cause there's another sifted icing sugar on top of the tart, it very thin and crisp indeed, Nice :) 

Coincidentally I placed this last dessert in a bigger layout? why? to let you know this MILLE FEUILLE with a three selections of vanilla,chocolate and hazelnut filling covered to the pilaf pastry and vanilla ice cream aside as you sliced the pastry sifted with the chocoa powder you will adventure the bitter sweet nutty as overall I Like it... it's your tongue pleasure! Cost you 60k.

Therefore guys drop by at your breakfast ,brunch,lunch ,dinner weekends escape time just to relish Jakarta's food guilty pleasure @ LOEWY Bar & Restaurant .. Remember on weekends prepare yourself to make an reservation here :).

Bienvenue & Salut!

Bonjour à tous! (frenchy of mine) Hi everyone! Welcome to my very first blogging activity and yet I just decided to make a blog. I had this "blogging"  things in my mind since i don't know., you can say ages? :p. I was struggle in advance what should i write actually? hmm..  my curiosity in this and that and yet it become etcetera etcetera which i knew if i post 'em all it becomes mess up earlier :).  Eventually, I make my mind to let people discover my tiny little passion in culinary,music, travel ,people and issues attracts me most SO SO i try to *fingercrossed* post the things which are really pulls out my attention ^^. 

Just give you a brief story of mine :), I am waiting for my graduation ceremony which i can say i am unofficially graduate,was focused on food engineering and ..Yeap! french culinary & pastry classes included in my course indeed. Erhm...What else? i love the most simplicité and chic look.Apart from it I have a little obsession on fashion,arts and music ...By mentioned those three things together i meant it just can't let things apart. Back in my mind, it just compliment each other  and influenced me indeed.
